Digital Twin – Innovative Building Control
Using an advanced tripod mounted 360 cameras our teams scan the interior (and exterior if needed) of buildings at 2 metre intervals capturing everything from the ceiling to the floor which can then be fully viewed/shared in various digital formats with the ability to take full 99% accurate measurements and we provide our clients with the generated files with no additional hosting fees. These files can also be populated to include any additional information, link IOT sensors, collaborate with others and allow for the production of schematic 2D & 3D floor plans being some of the key capable actions.
Digital twins of the built environment are being used across the globe for various everyday purposes and the uses are endless with building and facilities managers once they digitise their buildings find they are using it everyday for a variety of reasons. Being a swift process our service captures digital details and dimensions in around 10% of the time it takes for manual measurements, photography and then drawing 2D plans. The digital twins produced give unprecedented depth perception and allows measurement of all points without the need to visit site. It’s highly accurate with Tens of millions of data points combined with state-of-the-art 3D photography provides a digital twin with unprecedented levels of detail and approximately 98% accuracy in measurement.
It’s Surprisingly Affordable with our service likely to be a fraction of the cost of traditional surveying and are 100% ‘as-is’ – what you see is how your space is actually configured and its general condition, including all assets.

Managing Buildings in the digital age
We are all now firmly in the digital age and anyone involved in facilities management or general building control must embrace this fact or face being left behind. As technology evolves so will the expectations including the use of new systems, equipment, sensors etc. and all buildings & facilities of all sizes will need to be enhanced. Creating an immersive digital replica of any space is the foundation needed to move forward from the existing traditional methods of facility capture/control.
Building Monitoring & Compliance
All buildings are subject to an ever growing numerous amount of controls depending on their use. Legislation is quite clear about the mandatory requirements in relation to electrical systems, fire controls, building users safety including their health & welfare etc. Using a digital map to identify, monitor & control a building to ensure compliance has been proven to significantly reduce the time needed and increased the productivity of those involved.

Surveys/Inspections
Every building should be subjected to regular surveys/inspections to ensure that concerns are resolved before they become a problem. By completing a condition survey clients have a fully immersive digital plan where issues can be easily reviewed at any time and the ability to perform 99% accurate measurements means solutions can be promptly and effectively delivered. Annual or semi-annual scans (or more frequent) can be compared which allows for a much greater level of building records than any existing means.
Share Locally & Globally
By far the biggest instant advantage of creating a digital space/map is the ability to share these contents with whoever a client wants – wherever they may be. It eliminates the need for site visits by a minimum of 50% and allows for the greater transfer of accurate site information to those who need it. Defining an issue is now a matter of sharing a simple image with the building impact decision making process being limitlessly shared internally and/or external leading to significant savings on physical inputs.

Saving Money & the Environment
Streamlining processes and optimising controls are the key to reducing facilities management costs. Having a digital map allows for maintenance planning, space management, project tracking and can be used as a base for any CAFM software that maybe in place. When spaces are being efficiently managed the negative impact on the environment is massively reduced and can result in substantial savings to an organisation by enabling them to function more efficiently and productively.
Endless possibilities
Digital maps can be overlaid with as much information as required such as tagging key equipment or creating a full asset register which would include all relevant information as well as maintaining a visible condition record. A virtual format creates endless other opportunities such as virtual training, site induction, indoor navigation etc. with a never ending list of possibilities. It all begins with a simple, quick, efficient site visit from one of our trained teams.

Our Process
We partner with our clients - this means we do a lot of listening first to consider what is right for you. We consult with you to understand you and your workplaces and then build the right solution for you. This involves the following stages:
Identify

We will review where you work and how you work; to include what standards you need to work to, what happens during your working environment, how you interact with the public and what type of services you provide. We will also review where you are now in terms of your current practices and how you are performing.
Design

We will design the right approach for you in terms of what service package will work in your specific situation. This will mean us providing you with proven digitalised methods that are commercially best for your environment;
Delivery

We are able to provide the correct digital services for you. We can deliver the right staff with the right skills and equipment that are orientated towards our best practice methods; and
Evaluate

Most of all; we’ll make sure this works. We will provide you with benchmarked results that proves your return on investment in terms of your buildings, staff, customers and all other visitors/users.
